Hello,
Having ordered one bell each for my girls (3 and 8 weeks), this is the first Christmas that we have experienced as a family where our eldest is fully aware of Christmas – and I cannot wait for her to ‘find’ the bell – exactly as in the film.
This sort of product is just not available in the UK and I thank you so much for taking the time and effort to produce it. I wish you well.

This is my son’s 2nd Christmas with us, after being adopted from China in July ‘07. This year the only thing he has asked for from Santa is a real silver bell from his sleigh. My 5 year granddaughter Hanna told me that all she wanted Santa to bring her she few things and then said “…and Bubba, I closed my eyes and I wished really, really, really hard and told Santa how much I believed and I just know he’s going to bring me that beautiful bell!”…sooooo. Although I am late buying my bells this season, I am awaiting my purchase and am very excited to plan our own little party for my grandchildren for next year. They will be 4 and a half next Christmas and your bells will certainly make the spirit of Santa come alive. I too had been looking for years for a bell that sounds like a real sleigh bell and not just a steel container with a stone inside.

Thank you for promptly mailing us the Santa’s Classic Gift Set that we ordered last week. We love the bell and it’s nothing less than what we expected – our kids are going to be absolutely thrilled!
We love to read a holiday a book called “Elf on the Shelf”. In the story, it says that the Elf returns each holiday season when he hears Santa’s sleigh bell. So we are adding your Santa’s Classic Gift Set to the tradition because our kids are so in love with the story!
In our house, the Elf and the Bell are going to “magically” show up on Thanksgiving morning. Then, each night, the Elf returns to The North Pole report to Santa, to tell him if our kids have been naughty or nice. The Elf returns from The North Pole to a new spot in our house each morning. Our kids have a ball trying to find the Elf each morning, and now they’ll be searching for Santa’s Sleigh Bell too! I can just imagine their beaming faces!

Wonderful Bells; gave a pair away to two Santa’s renewing their vows in Alaska this summer where we declared Magical Bells as the OFFICIAL Santa Bells! I always wear one of these Bells on my chest as I do my Santa HO HO-ness at my Mall. It just started snowing here in Wisconsin, and our special “Santa’s Classic Gift Set” just came to the door! I ran to the livingroom away from our daughter to open it up and I am SOOO pleased with this you have no idea. It is such a nice, solid, heavy sleigh bell with an amaaaazing sound. I cannot wait for my granddaughter (2 years old) to be old enough to recieve her Bell and understand. I come to your website all of the time and will certainly buy her bell from you. Two of my daughters teach kindergarten in a very poor neighborhood and each year the kindergarten classes have a very special holiday celebration. The children dress in their pajamas (some don’t even have pjs) and have cocoa and cookies. And then, while they are out of the classroom to see Santa, I place the bells on their chairs so when they get back, they think Santa has left it for them. It is amazing to watch their eyes light up. Thank you so, so much for donating your Magical Bells for this year’s Special Day! It will mean the world to these children. I really can’t express enough how happy you have made me. I have to praise this company. I placed my order on a Monday and received my order by that Friday. Awesome service! I had also competed my order for the small magical bell and after completing my order I noticed that there was a large magical bell. Well, there is no contact number to speak to them directly, so I hurried and emailed them and within 2 minutes the Founder of the company, Christina Frueh emailed me. She confirmed what I wanted and changed my order for me. If only ALL companies would learn from this one. Thank you for the superior service!

Each year, on Thanksgiving morning, the elf arrives from the “Elf on the Shelf” book. Well this year we added Santa’s Classic Gift Set to the experience and it was a huge hit! Our kids had so much fun with the Elf and sleigh bell combination!

I chose Magical Bells because of your easy to use website, especially compared to a competitor’s website. Their website was so excruciatingly difficult that I almost gave up. Then, when I did finally make it to the check out process, it wanted to charge me another $25 as a penalty for only buying one product. They called it a lifetime membership to their “Christmas Club”. I called it a rip off and left. Thanks for designing a website that doesn’t take you through endless loops, alerts that don’t describe exactly what you did wrong or complicated systems. I initially purchased your “Santa’s Classic Gift Set” as a gift for my boyfriend. However, when I opened the gift box, my 29 year old daughter fell in love with it. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly to answer my question about how to download the “Santa Letters”. I’m looking forward to receiving my bells; I ordered one for myself and one for my nephew who is 11 and in the 6th grade. Over the weekend we watched The Polar Express movie, as we have done every Christmas since it first came out. A couple of years ago when he was teetering on the verge of non-belief, I think seeing the movie gave him one more year of the “magic” of Christmas. This year, while I’m sure he knows the truth, I just had the feeling while watching the movie with him that he was trying to capture the Christmas magic, if only for a short while. In fact, the movie somehow started playing again after we’d finished watching it; we didn’t turn it off, but were doing some other things together, but at one point his attention turned to the TV and he ended up watching the ending again. At that point, I decided I wanted to get him “the bell” as a Christmas gift. I started by looking on Amazon and while reading a review of one of their products, I read a reference by the reviewer to your product as being superior to the one Amazon offered. Of course the name of your company was deleted from the review, but by Googling I was able to find your company. A little about me: I was an elementary school teacher and reading specialist for 35 years. I’ve been retired for 4 years now, but the Polar Express is one of my favorite stories and one that I liked to use every year at Christmas time. Merry Christmas to you and yours! I bought a bell from Amazon and while it’s an OK bell it’s not what I was looking for. So after the arrival of this bell, I went back online and searched and found Magical Bells! Their “Santa’s Classic Gift Set” is amazing an bell and their website even has an audio clip of the bell (I really appreciated that feature). The Magical Bells Gift Set is a few dollars more than the original bell that I ordered but I think well worth it if what you are searching for is a true sleigh bell from Santa. Well done Magical Bells!

Hi Christina,
You might remember that I ordered a bell from you for my young daughter last year. She was mourning the breakup of her family after her mother decided to leave. The bell from Santa’s sleigh restored the magic of Christmas for her and is her most prized possession to this day. As my daughter gets older, I would like to collect more of your bells to use as decorations on our Christmas tree and as a constant reminder to my daughter in the years to come that there will always be magic in Christmas.
Even as I write this, she is asleep with her bell in her hand. It has been with her incessantly since we put up our tree this year. In her letter to Santa this year, she began by thanking him for that wonderful gift. If ever there was a child who needed to believe…

My daughter still loves her “first gift of christmas” even three years after she received her Magical Bell. It is her cherished possession. Santa brought my daughter a Magical Bell last year. I know that is her favorite Christmas gift of all. When I was growing up, I would ask my Mom, is Santa Claus real? My order for 7 “Santa’s Classic Gift Sets” arrived just a few days after I placed my order and I could not be more pleased with your product. The bell quality and presentation are just as you advertised and they have a great sound. I have six grandchildren ages 4 months to 8 years old and one more on the way. My intent is to give one to each grandchild once they reach 3 years or older. Four are of age, have seen “The Polar Express” and they will get their bell this year. The whole family can then look forward to seeing the younger ones get theirs in the future.

My Granddaughter is eight and found a scrap of “Santa’s” wrapping paper this year. Needless to say the “recycling” explanation received a raised eyebrow. Thank you for your asistance today. I am still kind of old school and like to see the product before I purchase it but I believe you have a wonderful, authentic bell. Since my divorce and being laid off from work, I try to focus on the “spirit of christmas” more than how many presants I can buy for my kids. I always try to put a gift under the tree that is a unique gift from Santa. My kids still believe in Santa and I love to keep them guessing! For 19 years I have been trying to keep the Christ in Christmas alive in my kids. Your beautiful bells will represent the Christmas spirit for our family this Christmas. I’m replying to thank you for re-sending my order, and sending it UPS air. I received the package yesterday morning and after the kids went to bed, I peeked inside. The packaging alone is gorgeous.
