Each year, on Thanksgiving morning, the elf arrives from the “Elf on the Shelf” book. Well this year we added Santa’s Classic Gift Set to the experience because of our children’s love of The Polar Express. It was a huge hit! Our kids had so much fun with the Elf and sleigh bell combination!

I initially purchased your “Santa’s Classic Gift Set” as a gift for my boyfriend. However, when I opened the gift box, my 29 year old daughter fell in love with it. So I gave her one and am saving the other bell for my 27 yr old daughter. Now I am ordering two more gift sets so that I can send one to my boyfriend and keep one for myself. This is the first year in a LONG time that I have had the spirit of christmas….and thanks to your bells and The Polar Express, I know that I will hear the bells for the rest of my days….I BELIEVE AGAIN!!!! I absolutely LOVE the bells you sell! My mummy gave me one last year and it was brilliant. I found it hiding under the Christmas tree and it was just like The Polar Express movie. They really are real sleigh bells from Santa, and I BELIEVE!!

I had trouble initially setting up my address being from the Channel Islands, in the UK but Magical Bells Customer Service has been a great help in arranging to get the options on the drop down boxes changed so that I could go ahead and place my order. They did a very good job of keeping me in touch with what was going on between my first query and the problem being resolved.
