I chose Magical Bells because of your easy to use website, especially compared to a competitor’s website. Their website was so excruciatingly difficult that I almost gave up. Then, when I did finally make it to the check out process, it wanted to charge me another $25 as a penalty for only buying one product. They called it a lifetime membership to their “Christmas Club”. I called it a rip off and left. Thanks for designing a website that doesn’t take you through endless loops, alerts that don’t describe exactly what you did wrong or complicated systems.
